Mesut Ozil has been dropped in the Arsenal squad that coach Unai Emery is ranging against Tottenham Hotspur in the quarter-final of Carabao Cup.
He is also not on the bench.

Arsenal are hosting the Spurs at Emirates and eyebrows were raised on why the German, who is their most expensive player is not playing.
According to reports, Arsenal said Ozil was dropped for tactical reasons.
